Sometimes it's hard to tell how much work actually goes into a home renovation. That's why we take pictures!

In February 2018, our construction team started gutting and rebuilding this 1945 home, due to extensive roof and water damage. We removed the old roof and raised the walls, giving the home 9-foot ceilings throughout.

We completed renovations in April 2019. We preserved some of the home's historic features -- original wood floors and large front porch -- while modernizing and updating the kitchen, bathrooms and fixtures. The home has all new systems, a new roof, and is certified energy efficient by the System Vision Energy Guarantee program.
